As you might have guessed, at SHED we have a fondness for sheds. They are brimming with life, natural light, creativity, and warmth. When I thought of naming my salon, I was reminded of wandering through my father's backyard tool shed. The smell of laurel, live oak, and a hint of eucalyptus was in the air. The hum of activity as we tinkered with tools and got dirty. We made things with our hands and were rewarded with the satisfaction of a hard day's work. We orbited around this shed. It was a magnetic center we were always drawn back to as we wandered away. It was, therefore, fitting to name my salon SHED.
